MAUNFACTURING

Typical mechanized paper production involves two main processes: the treatment of raw material, which includes converting chip into pulp, washing and bleaching, refining, beating, sizing, coloring of the fibers, and later to form paper sheet in a Fourdrinier machine.

SILICON RELEASE PAPER

Silicon paper, also known as silicone release paper, is a special type of paper coated with a thin layer of silicone on one or both sides.

FR Paper/ Fire Retardant/ Flame Retardant

FR grade stands for Fire Retardant or Flame Retardant. So, FR grade paper is a specially treated type of paper designed to resist ignition and slow down the spread of fire.

POLY COATED PAPER

Poly coated paper is a type of paper laminated with a thin layer of polyethylene (PE) on one or both sides.

GUM COATED PAPER

Gum coated paper is a type of paper with a adhesive layer on one side, allowing it to bond to surfaces securely.

TIN COATED PAPER

Tin coated paper- This coating enhances the paper's durability, making it resistant to moisture, grease, and air.

PLATINUM COATED PAPER

Platinum-coated paper is often used in laboratories, catalytic processes, and specialized filtration systems.

GLASSINE PAPER

Glassine paper is a smooth, glossy, and translucent paper that is made through a process of supercalendering, which compresses the fibers to create its unique texture.

CCK & SCK PAPER

CCK paper, or Clay Coated Kraft Paper, is a type of kraft paper coated with a layer of clay. SCK paper is commonly used in packaging, such as for making bags, boxes, and wrapping materials, as well as in labels and tags.

KRAFT PAPER
